穴位贴敷联合香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of point application theropy combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum of weak spleen and stomach

目的观察穴位贴敷联合香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的300例脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予香砂六君子汤治疗,观察组在此基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组SAS、SDS评分、症候积分、NVPQOL评分及MOT水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产发生率低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合香砂六君子汤对脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者的疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状、不良情绪、生活质量及血清MOT水平,降低新生儿早产发生率,提高新生儿Apgar评分,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of point application theropy combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum of weak spleen and stomach.Methods Three hundreds patients with hyperemesis gravidarum of weak spleen and stomach admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,and the observation group was treated with point application theropy on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS,symptoms and NVPQOL and MOT level in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of preterm birth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Apgar score of newborn and the total effective rate of treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The point application theropy combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction has a significant curative effect on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum of weak spleen and stomach.It can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms,bad mood,quality of life and serum MOT level of the patients,reduce the incidence of premature birth of the newborn,and improve the Apgar score of the newborn,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
