JCI标准下护士职业形象的塑造

Model of the professional image of nurses on the basis of the JCI standards

目的研究如何按照JCI标准改进、提升护士的职业形象。方法查找影响护士职业形象的主要问题,应用PDCA循环、根因分析(RCA)等管理工具,制订整改计划、方法及措施。观察全院护士伦理素质考核情况及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果JCI复审前期,护士伦理素质量化考核优秀占比达90.7%,患者对护理工作的满意度保持在高位状态,达96.0%。结论通过创建JCI标准认证医院,全面提升了护士伦理素质,塑造了良好的职业形象,丰富了优质护理服务内涵。

Objective To study how to improve and enhance the professional image of nurses according to JCI standard.Methods The main problems affecting the professional image of nurses were found,and the PDCA cycle,root cause analysis(RCA)and other management tools were used to formulate rectification plans,methods and measures.The assessment of ethical quality of nurses in the whole hospital and patients’satisfaction with nursing work were obversed.Results In the early stage of the JCI review,the quantitative assessment of ethical quality of nurses accounted for 90.7%of the outstanding,and the patients’satisfaction with nursing work remained at a high level,reaching 96.0%.Conclusion Through the establishment of JCI standard certified hospitals,the ethical quality of nurses has been comprehensively improved,a good professional image has been formed,and the connotation of high-quality nursing services has been enriched.
