综合护理在腹膜透析护理管理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in nursing management of peritoneal dialysis and its influence on patients’quality of life

目的分析综合护理在腹膜透析护理管理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月于我院进行腹膜透析治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组应用综合护理。比较两组的住院时间、营养状况、并发症发生情况及生活质量评分。结果观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均明显高于护理前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的SF-36各项目评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析护理管理过程中应用综合护理方案可明显缩短患者的住院时间,改善营养状况,对患者各类并发症的预防及生活质量的改善均具有重要意义,临床推广价值显著。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing management of peritoneal dialysis and its influence on patients’quality of life.Methods A total of 60 patients who received peritoneal dialysis treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The hospitalization time,nutritionstatus,complications and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly higher than those before nursing and in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing program in the nursing management process of peritoneal dialysis can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients,improve the nutritional status,prevent various complications of patients and improve the quality of life,which is of great significance,with significant clinical promotion value.
