With the rapid development of network technology,the online tutoring and part-time platform combined with the internet has more possibilities for college students and their parents.In particular,the current tutor market is not standardized,without supervision of a variety of problems.The construction of an internet tutor platform centered on the needs of college students and their parents will have a broad development prospect.This paper introduces the systematic structure design of the“internet plus”campus tutor part-time platform,providing a platform for information interaction between parents,students and college students.
