扁平化责任制护理干预对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者胃肠功能恢复、护理质量及满意度的影响

Effect of flat-responsible nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal function recovery, nursing quality and satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探究扁平化责任制护理干预应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者后,对患者胃肠功能恢复、护理质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月无锡市妇幼保健院诊治的行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者142例,采用扁平化责任制护理干预者71例作为观察组,采用常规护理干预者71例作为对照组。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复指标均优于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,观察组基础护理、药物使用、饮食指导、检查操作、并发症预防评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论扁平化责任制护理干预应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者可有效促进其胃肠功能恢复,提高护理质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the impact of the flat-responsible nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal function recovery, nursing quality and satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 142 patients treated with laparoscopic uterine myomectomy from August 2016 to August 2018 in Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected, including 71 patients by routine nursing intervention(control group) and 71 patients by flat-responsible nursing intervention(observation groups). The gastrointestinal function recovery, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The scores of basic nursing, drug use, dietary guidance, inspection operation and complication prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, all with statistically significant difference(all P<0.05). Conclusions The application of the flat-responsible nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
