摘要
目的探讨宁夏梅毒螺旋体基因型别的分布,为宁夏梅毒分子流行病学研究提供理论依据。方法收集宁夏2013年1月-2016年10月梅毒阳性病例的血液样本325份,用PCR法扩增梅毒螺旋体DNA多聚酶I基因(DNA polymerase I gene,polA),验证为阳性的标本采用酸性重复蛋白基因(acid repeat protein,arp)和苍白密螺旋体重复家族基因(treponema pallidum repeat,tpr)进行双基因分型分析。结果325份血液样本中polA阳性为312例,共发现20 a、15 d、14 d、13 d、14 a、8 h和8 a型7个基因型,其中每年主要流行型别均为为14 d,共162例,占53.47%,其次为13 d为68例,占22.44%。结论宁夏梅毒流行的型别呈多样性的特点,优势型别主要为14 d和13 d。
Objective Exploration of the distribution of syphilis epidemic characteristics in Ningxia,to provide theoretical basis for molecular epidemilolgy of syphilis in Ningxia.Methods Totally 325 syphilis epidemiological data and blood samples in Ningxia from 2013-2016 were collected.The DNA polymerase I gene(polA)of treponema pallidum(TP)was amplified by PCR,the positive samples were genotyped by acid repeat protein(apr)and treponema pallidum repeat(tpr)in order to perform the double gene statistical analysis.Results It shows the existence of a total of 7 polA positive cases from 325 blood samples in 2013-2016,including 20 a,15 d,14 d,13 d,14 a,8 h,8 a.The distribution is dominated by 14 d in each year,with a total number of 162 cases and a fraction of 53.47%,followed by 13 d with 68 cases,accounting for 22.44%.Conclusion The type of the advantages of syphilis epidemic in Ningxia is diverse and abundant,with the dominant types including 14 d and 13 d.
