摘要
临床上接受关节置换术的患者一般为中老年人,不但机体抵抗力较差,而且常患有慢性疾病,制约了人工关节置换术的实施。随着ERAS的迅速发展,其在老年患者人工关节置换术中得到了广泛的应用。本文从人工关节置换术快速康复外科的理念、方法及优势等几个方面总结、探讨了ERAS在老年患者人工关节置换术中的发展与问题,以期对ERAS在临床上的运用有所启示。
In clinical practice,the patients receiving joint replacement are generally middle-aged and elderly,who not only have poor body resistance,but also often suffer from chronic diseases,which restricts the implementation of artificial joint replacement.With the rapid development of ERAS,it has been widely used in artificial joint replacement.This article summarizes and discusses the development and problems of ERAS in artificial joint replacement surgery in elderly patients from the aspects of the concept,methods and advantages of rapid rehabilitation surgery with artificial joint replacement in order to give some inspiration to the clinical application of ERAS.
