呼吸机相关性肺血管损伤的研究进展

摘要 越来越多的临床证据表明,机械通气重症患者往往死于循环衰竭而非低氧。在关注呼吸机相关性肺损伤的同时,呼吸机相关性肺血管损伤和肺血管功能不全在也受到人们的重视。肺血管损害和肺血管功能不全在机械通气重症患者的循环衰竭发生和发展中起到重要作用。在循环保护通气策略中,应重视肺血管功能的保护和评估。 More and more clinical evidence suggests that circulatory failure rather than hypoxia are a leading cause of death in the critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation.In addition to the ventilator associated lung injury,ventilator associated pulmonary vascular injury and pulmonary vascular failure have been paid more attention.Pulmonary vascular injury and pulmonary vascular failure play an important role in the occurrence and development of circulatory failure in patients with severe mechanical ventilation.In the strategy of circulatory protective ventilation,importance should be attached to the protection and evaluation of pulmonary vascular function.
