摘要
为研究甘薯脱毒组培苗的驯化移栽技术,试验设4个处理,分别为泥土栽种、营养土栽种、混土基质栽种及混土基质施药栽种.结果显示,混土基质施药栽种移栽成活率为90%以上,是一种高成活率的甘薯脱毒组培苗移栽技术.
In order to improve the transplanting efficiency of sweetpotato cultural seedlings,four transplanting methods by soil,nutritional soil,mixed matrix soil and mixed matrix soil with bactericide were studied.The result showed that,among the four methods,the last one had the highest survival rate of more than 90%.
