摘要 电站是船舶动力装置的关键设备,为提高其并联运行可靠性,在分析相位差检测原理的基础上,提出采用中断方式获取恒定超前时间来提高并联运行控制器的工作精度。该方法通过中断方式对高速计数器进行复位和读取操作并通过算法计算出提前合闸的时刻,使相位差在断路器合闸的瞬间可靠为零。基于该方法设计了并联运行控制器,并完成了外围硬件电路设计,以及PLC的硬件组态和程序编程。经仿真平台运行实验验证,该并联运行控制器可有效降低合闸瞬间的冲击环流约30%,提高了电站运行的可靠性,为船舶电力系统的研究设计提供了有益参考。 It is very important for the marine power system to ensure the reliability of the parallel operation of the ship power station.A method of acquiring the constant lead time by interruption mode is proposed based on the analysis of the principle of phase difference detection to improve the working accuracy of the parallel operation controller.In this method,the high-speed counter is reset and read by means of interruption program,and the time of ahead switching-in is calculated by the algorithm,so that the phase difference can exactly right be zero just at the closing moment of the circuit breaker.Then,the parallel operation controller design and its peripheral hardware circuit design are introduced,and the hardware configuration and programming of PLC is presented.Several operation tests on the simulation platform have shown that the parallel operation controller can effectively reduce the impact circulation current at the closing moment by about 30%,improving the reliability of the operation of the ship power station,which could be a useful reference for the design of the ship electric power system.
