摘要
调制策略是研究模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的基础,也是影响MMC输出特性的重要因素。本文研究分析了两种调制策略:载波移相调制和载波层叠调制的原理以及在MMC中的实现方法。通过在Matlab/Simulink平台上的仿真,验证了载波移相调制更利于MMC各子模块电容电压的均衡,并且能使MMC获得更好的谐波特性。
Modulation strategy is the basis of modularized multilevel converter(MMC) and an important factor affecting the output characteristics of MMC. The principles of the carrier phase shift modulation and the carrier cascade modulation and their implementation methods in MMC are studied and analyzed. Then via the simulation verification on Matlab/Simulink, it is concluded that the carrier phase shift modulation is more favorable than the carrier cascade modulation for the capacitor voltage balance of sub-modules of MMC and enables MMC to get better harmonic characteristics.
