摘要
针对环境监测与控制需求种类繁多、环境复杂的特点,设计一种基于复合通信架构的环境监测与控制系统。该系统的采集控制节点通过485总线,基于ModBus协议与环境传感器和设备控制器通信,实现现场设施间的实时、可靠通信。网关和采集控制节点间使用LoRa通信,具有穿透能力强和通信距离远的优势。网关和广域网之间可灵活选用以太网、WIFI和GPRS中的任一种通信方式,以适应不同环境条件需要。测试结果显示,该系统通信可靠,通用性强,满足不同种类、不同环境条件的环境监测与控制需求。
An environmental monitoring and control system based on compound communication framework is designed according to the varied and complex environment features.The acquisition and control node communicates with the environmental sensors and device controllers through 485 bus based on ModBus protocol,so real-time reliable communication on site is realized.The gateway communicates with the acquisition control node by LoRa which has the characteristics of strong penetration and long communication distance.The gateway communicates with the WAN by Ethernet,WIFI or GPRS to adapt to different environments.Test results show that the system is reliable and universal,which meets the need of different kinds of environments.
