摘要
在树脂砂生产中,树脂的加入量与原砂中的微粒和粉尘含量有密切的关联。当树脂的加入量一定时,随着微粒和粉尘含量的增加,型砂24 h的抗拉强度下降,二者有明显的线性关系。采用回归方程分析了型砂中粉尘和灰分的含量,所得结果有助于有效快速地控制树脂的加入量和设备的有效监控。
The addition amount of resin is closely related to the contents of particle and dust in the raw sand in producing resin sand. Under the condition that the amount of resin added is fixed, as contents of particle and dust is increased the tensile strength of molding sand in 24 h is decreased, and there is a linear relationship between them. The dust and ash contents in molding sand were analyzed with the use of regression equation, and the results will be helpful in effectively and rapidly controlling the amount of resin added and in the effectively monitoring equipment.
