中国传统政治伦理思想的发展是一个多因素交织在一起的复杂历史过程,但这并不意味着没有规律可循,相反其表现出诸多规律性特征。第一,鉴于思想与社会生活构成互动,中国传统政治伦理思想的发展与中国社会历史的发展几乎是同步的;第二,中国传统政治伦理思想在整个传统思想文化演进过程中呈现为某种优势,其原因在于中国传统文化本质上是伦理文化,而伦理文化中政治伦理文化又占主导地位;第三,中国传统政治伦理思想虽以正统思想为主导,但也表现出官方与民间协同发展的特点;第四,中国传统政治伦理思想并非是“一家之言”的结晶,而是众多思想碰撞的结果,在“百家争鸣”中实现创新性的发展;第五,中国传统政治伦理思想虽然以儒家思想为主体,但在历次文化大碰撞、大变革中实现了开放式发展,特别是在进入近代以后与西方政治伦理思想实现了一定程度的“合流”。

The development of Chinese traditional political ethical thoughts is a complex historical process intertwined with multiple factors,but it does not mean that there are no rules to follow,on the contrary,it shows many regular characteristics.First of all,the development of thoughts in Chinese traditional political ethics is almost synchronized with the development of Chinese social history,because thoughts and social life constitute an interaction;Furthermore,thoughts in Chinese traditional political ethics appear as an advantage in the entire process of traditional ideological and cultural evolution,Because Chinese traditional culture is ethical culture essentially,and political ethical culture dominates in ethical culture;Moreover,although the traditional Chinese political ethical thoughts is dominated by orthodox ideas,it also shows the characteristics of coordinated development between the government and the people;last but not least,Chinese traditional political ethical thoughts is not the crystallization of“One Man’s View”,but the result of the collision of many ideas,achieving innovative development in the“A Hundred Schools of Thought Contend”.Although Chinese traditional political ethical thoughts is mainly based on Confucianism,it has achieved open development in all cultural exchanges and transformations,especially after entering modern times to achieve a certain degree of“confluence”with Western political ethical mind.
