摘要
新技术在我国电网工程建设实践中不断得到推广应用,应用经济效益成为其推广应用范围和力度的主要依据,构建科学、合理的应用经济效益评估体系因而具有重要的现实需求和理论研究价值。基于扎根理论对典型电网工程项目的有关人员进行半结构化专家访谈,筛选并凝练出支撑电网工程新技术推广应用的经济效益评估结构维度及其作用模型,从“工程技术投入-工程技术应用经济效益-企业经营效益-社会经济效益”4个方面阐释了理论模型;构建一套包括4个一级指标、6个二级指标和11个三级指标的评估体系。最后,选取典型案例进行验证分析,为电网工程建设新技术应用经济效益评估提供参考。
New technologies have been continuously promoted and applied in China’s power grid engineering construction practice.The economic benefits of application have also become the main basis for its scope and strength.Building a scientific and reasonable application economic benefit evaluation system therefore has important realistic needs and theoretical research value.Based on the grounded theory,the paper conducts semistructured expert interviews with relevant personnel of typical power grid engineering projects,screens and refines the structural dimensions and function models supporting the economic benefits evaluation of application of new technologies for power grid engineering.Explains the theoretical model in four aspects of“technology input-economic benefit of technology application-business operation benefit-social economic benefit”,builds a set of evaluation systems including 4 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 11 third-level indicators.Finally,selects typical cases for verification and analysis,and provides a reference for the economic benefit evaluation of new technology applications in power grid construction.
