瘤胃微生物区系的影响因素及其调控措施

Influencing Factors and Regulating Measures of Rumen Microbial Flora

瘤胃中存在着大量微生物,这些微生物在反刍动物的消化过程中起着十分重要的作用。近年来研究发现瘤胃微生物区系受饲粮及外界环境等多种因素的影响,基于这些因素,通过调控瘤胃微生物区系可提高瘤胃对饲粮的利用率,促进生产性能的发挥。本文综述了瘤胃微生物区系的组成及影响因素,重点介绍了瘤胃微生物区系调控在养牛业中的应用,旨在为奶牛和肉牛研究中瘤胃微生物区系的调控提供参考。

There is a large number of microorganisms in the rumen,which play an important role in the diges tion of ruminants.Recently,studies have found that the rumen microbial flora was influenced by many factors such as diet and external environment.Based on these factors,the rumen microbial flora can be regulated to improve the ruminal utilization rate of diets and promote the performance.In order to provide references for the regulation of rumen microbial flora in beef and dairy cow study,this paper summarized the composition and in fluencing factors of rumen microbial flora,and emphatically introduced the application of rumen microbial flora regulation in cattle industry.
