家禽肠道健康的生物标志物研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 肠道不仅是家禽营养物质消化吸收的主要部位,也是动物体内重要的免疫器官,是机体防御体系的第1道屏障,维护和检测家禽肠道健康对保障家禽生产至关重要。肠道健康与宿主的健康、营养水平、环境、饲养管理和肠道中菌群组成情况密切相关。目前,可通过检测一些与家禽肠道相关的生物标志物来衡量肠道健康问题。本文归纳了近年来人类和动物肠道健康生物标志物的研究进展,从肠道健康生物标志物概述、损伤性取样、非损伤性取样的生物标志物以及其他一些潜在的生物标志物等方面进行了综述,试图确定目前和未来能用于评价家禽肠道健康的生物标志物,从而建立监测家禽肠道健康的有效策略。 The intestine is not only the main organ for the digestion and absorption of nutrients in poultry,but also an important immune organ in the animal body.It is the first barrier of the body’s defense system,main taining and testing the intestinal health of poultry is essential to ensure poultry production.Intestinal health is closely related to host health,nutrition level,environment,feeding management and composition of intestinal flora.At present,intestinal health problems can be measured by detecting biomarkers associated with the intes tinal tract of poultry.This paper reviews recent advances in biomarker studies of human and animal gut health,including the concept of gut health biomarkers,invasive sampling,non invasive sampling biomarkers and other potential biomarkers,identification of the biomarkers that can be used to evaluate the intestinal health of poultry in the current and the future could be helpful to establish effective strategies for monitoring the intestinal health of poultry。
