摘要
【目的】为研发高效率青贮饲料添加剂。【方法】以青贮玉米为实验材料,探究不同青贮饲料添加剂对发酵品质及体外消化率的影响。根据不同类型的添加剂粉,将试验分为4个不同处理组,每组3个重复。对照组(无添加剂)、实验组1(自制添加剂粉)、实验组2(益加益饲料添加剂)以及实验组3(饲草香饲料添加剂)。在室温下密封发酵60 d进行感官评价。【结果】各实验组pH值均低于对照组;各实验组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量低于显著(P<0.05)对照组;各实验组粗蛋白(CP)含量均显著(P<0.05)高于对照组。各实验组有机酸和含量显著(P<0.05)高于对照组。【结论】自制益生菌制剂可以有效提高青饲玉米CP含量,显著(P<0.05)降低青贮料pH值、NDF和ADF含量,抑制有害微生物的繁殖,提高青贮饲料营养价值。
[Objective]This study aimed to provide basis for the development of high efficiency silage additives[.Method]Silage corn was used as the experimental material to explore the effect of different silage additives on fermentation quality and in vitro digestibility.According to different types of additive powder,the experiment was divided into four different treatment groups,namely,the control group(no additive),experimental group 1(self-made additive powder),experimental group 2(Yijiayi feed additive)and experimental group 3(forage fragrance feed additive),each group had three repetitions.Sensory evaluation was carried out at room temperature for 60 days.[Results]The pH values of the experimental groups were lower than that of the control group;the contents of NDF and ADF in the experimental groups were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the content of CP in the experimental groups were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The organic acids and their contents of the experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Preparation of probiotics can effectively increase the CP content of silage corn,significantly(P<0.05)reduce the pH value,NDF and ADF contents of silage,inhibit the propagation of harmful microorganisms,and improve the nutritional value of silage.
