蒸汽养护对水泥基材料性能影响的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 蒸汽养护能够加快水泥基材料水化速率,提高混凝土的早期强度,但水泥基材料水化性能在蒸汽养护及普通养护下存在显著差异,其高温养护条件下产生微结构缺陷、损伤和脆性的内在机理仍需要系统深入研究。为了更好的研究和应用蒸汽养护技术,综述了蒸汽养护对水泥基材料水化性能、孔结构、抗压强度、体积稳定性能和耐久性能等方面的研究进展,认为蒸汽养护制度与胶凝材料体系在水泥基材料水化性能、孔结构与强度之间的平衡点是评价其总体作用效果的关键,并指出蒸汽养护条件下掺合料间的相互作用机制、复合激发效果;多元胶凝体系水化热力学、动力学及其微观结构的演变规律。 Steam curing can accelerate the hydration rate of cement based composite cementitious materials,improve the early strength of concrete,but there are significant differences in the hydration properties of cement-based composite cementitious material under steam curing and ordinary curing,the generation mechanism of micro structure defects,damage and brittle high temperature curing conditions still need to study.In order to study and application of steam curing technology,it summarized the research progress of steam curing on hydration properties of cement-based composite cementitious materials,pore structure,compressive strength,volume stability and durability etc.,the steam curing system and cementitious material system in cement based materials.The balance between pore structure and strength of hydration properties was the key to evaluate the overall effect,and pointed out that steam curing admixture coupling mechanism,material composite excitation effect.Multi cementitious system hydration thermodynamics,kinetics and microstructure evolution.
