摘要
套筒灌浆连接作为装配式建筑中钢筋的主要连接方式得到广泛应用,其中半套筒灌浆连接采用螺纹连接与灌浆连接共同作用的方法,能够有效减少灌浆料用量并加快施工速度。通过对GT4型钢筋半套筒灌浆接头进行单向拉伸试验、高应力反复拉压试验、大变形反复拉压试验,证明该型套筒灌浆接头能够满足相关标准中I级接头所规定的强度及变形性能要求,可用于装配式建筑施工。同时对半套筒灌浆连接施工工艺及灌浆饱满度检查方法进行要点总结,对于该技术能够安全有效应用于装配式混凝土结构连接节点提供了参考。
Sleeve grouting connections are widely used as the primary means of joining steel reinforcement in fabricated buildings.Semi-sleeve grouting connection uses both threaded connection and grouting connection,which can effectively reduce the amount of cementitious grout and accelerate the construction speed.Through one-way strengthing test,repeated high stress tensioning and pressing test,repeated large-deformation tensioning and pressing test for GT4 type steel semi-sleeve grouting splices,the results show that the sleeve grouting splices can meet the strength and deformation performance requirements of the Class I splices in the relevant standards,and can be used for fabricated building construction.At the same time,summarize the main points of the semi-sleeve grouting construction technology and inspection method of grouting fullness.It provides a reference for the safe and effective application of this technology in the connection splices of assembled concrete structures.
