摘要
[目的]为了了解亚丁牦牛产奶性能,并为今后牦牛品种的选种选育提供参考。[方法]试验选择亚丁牦牛和昌台牦牛各8只健康、经产母牦牛测定其在6月,7月,8月,9月和10月的产奶量和牛奶成分。[结果]结果表明,亚丁牦牛和昌台牦牛在6月的产奶量相当,而且差异不显著(P>0.05);而在7,8,9,10月的产奶量上,亚丁牦牛极显著高于同期的昌台牦牛(P<0.01)。在奶成分测定中,昌台牦牛在测定期间,牛奶中乳脂含量都较同期亚丁牦牛高,但是两者之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);在非脂固体乳、乳糖和蛋白质的含量测定中,2个牦牛品种之间是无显著性差异(P>0.05);在pH值测定中,亚丁牦牛在8月的pH值含量显著高于昌台牦牛(P<0.05);在10月的pH值含量极显著高于昌台牦牛(P<0.01)。
[Objective]The purpose of this study is to learn the milk production performance of Yading yak and provide reference for future breeding and selection.[Method]In this experiment,eight healthy and milking female yaks were selected from Yading yak and Changtai yak,respectively.They were selected to determine their milk production and milk composition in June,July,August,September,and October.[Result]The results showed that the total milk production of Yading yak and Changtai yak in June was similar,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);while in the total milk production of July,August,September,and October,the Yading yak was extremely significant.It was higher than that of Changtai yak during the same period(P<0.01).In the milk composition determination,the milk fat content of Changtai yak during the measurement period was higher than that of the Yading yak during the same period,but there was no significant difference between the Yading yak and Changtai yak(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two yaks in the determination of lactose and protein in nonfat solid milk(P>0.05).In the determination of the pH value,the pH content of Yading yak in August was significantly higher than that of Changtai yak(P<0.05);the pH value in October was extremely significantly higher than that of Changtai yak(P<0.01).
