摘要
信号转导与转录激活因子5(signal transducer and activator of transcription5,STAT5)是受细胞外的细胞因子、生长因子和激素调控的重要转录激活因子,在动物各组织器官中都有所表达,作用广泛。STAT5与β-酪蛋白的启动子有2个特异性结合位点,参与了催乳素作用下的乳腺发育以及乳汁的形成。文章综述了STAT5基因的结构和作用机制,该基因在乳腺中的表达和功能以及其多态性对泌乳性状的影响。
Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5(STAT5)is an important transcriptional activator regulated by extracellular cytokines,growth factors and hormones,which is expressed in various tissues and organs of animals and plays a wide range of roles.There are two specific binding sites between STAT5 andβ-casein promoter,which involved in the development of mammary gland and milk production under the action of prolactin.This paper reviews the structure and mechanism of STAT5 gene,its expression and function in mammary gland and the effect of its polymorphism on lactation traits.
