元江县农村肉牛养殖情况调研报告

Investigation Report of Beef Cattle Breeding in Rural Area of Yuanjiang County

元江县位于云南中南部,属典型的干热河谷气候,拥有丰富的自然资源。肉牛产业是元江畜牧业发展的重要组成部分,牛肉占元江城乡居民肉类消费的比重也在逐年上升。但近年以来,元江肉牛产业及牛肉市场面临着牛肉供应不足、产品质量不高等诸多压力。本调研报告通过分析元江县自然资源基本情况、肉牛存栏情况,并实地调查农村牛群分布及牛群结构等,指出了目前存在的问题、困难并提出应对措施,为下一步元江全县尤其是农村地区探索推广高效肉牛养殖技术、提供大众需求的牛肉产品、彻底推进畜牧业供给侧结构性改革、促进肉牛产业的蓬勃发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Yuanjiang county is located in the southern-central of Yunnan,hasthe typical dry-hot valley climate,and rich in natural resources.Beef cattle industry is an important part of Yuanjiang animal husbandry development,consumption of beef accounted for the proportion of meat on the rise year by year.In recent years,Yuanjiang beef cattle industry and market are facing the problem and pressure ofinsufficient beef supply and the products quality are not well.This report analyzes the basic situation of natural resources,beef cattle inventory,and field survey the beef cattle distribution,group structure in rural area and so on.The existing problems and difficulties are pointed out and countermeasures are put forward.It has laid a solid foundation for the next step of Yuanjiang county,especially the rural areas,to explore and popularize efficient beef cattle breeding technology,provide beef products in public demand,thoroughly promote the supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry,and promote the vigorous development of beef cattle industry.
