分析了新冠疫情对煤炭企业造成融资难、市场差、资金紧等实际困难;阐述了大同煤矿集团在应对疫情和市场下行过程中,狠抓增收节支,打造“千万吨矿井、大型发电机组、科技创新”三大优势集群提升企业核心竞争力等推动高质量发展的创新举措;提出合并缴纳企业所得税和控制进口煤等政策性建议。

This paper analyzed the practical difficulties caused by the COVID-19 epidemic to coal mine enterprises,such as financing difficulties,poor market,tight capital,etc;expounded the innovative measures taken by Datong Coal Mine Group to promote high-quality development,such as strengthening revenue and saving,building three advantage cluster of"ten million tons of mines,large-scale generator sets,and scientific and technological innovation"to promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise in response to the epidemic situation and market downturn;and put forward policy suggestions in the field of paying corporate income tax on a consolidated basis and controling imported coal.
