摘要
对我国区域性矿山应急救援体系建设现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并着重从区域性矿山应急救援管理体制、组织建设体系、技术支持体系、装备保障体系、信息通信系统、培训及演练体系等方面进行了构建及探讨,提出适应我国矿山当前新形势下的区域矿山应急救援体系构建思路,旨在提高我国政府及矿山企业应对各种矿井突发灾害事件的能力。
This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the construction of regional mine emergency rescue system in China.and focused on the construction and discussion from the regional mine emergency rescue management system,organizational construction system,technique support system,equipment support system,information communication system and practicing and training system.In order to improve the capacity of our government and mine enterprises to deal with various mine disaster events,this paper put forward some construction ideas adapting to the current situation of the construction of regional mine emergency rescue system in China.
