摘要
针对在加工弧角型PDC钻头过程中存在的效率低、成本高、衔接工序多等问题,对采用熔模铸造工艺制造弧角型PDC钻头进行了相关研究。研究发现,将熔模铸造技术应用在弧角型PDC钻头的制造上,不但可以使钻头上复杂曲面一次性铸造成型,而且可以大大提升钻头的生产效率,降低钻头制造成本;同时,熔模铸造弧角型PDC钻头还具有良好的力学性能,钻速和钻头寿命均与普通机械加工弧角型PDC钻头相当,能够满足现场应用要求。
In order to solve low efficiency,high cost and many connecting processes in the process of manufacturing arc angle PDC bits,the correlational research on investment casting technology used to manufacture arc angle PDC bits was carried out.It was found that the application of investment casting technology used in the manufacture of arc angle PDC bit could not only make the complex curved surface of the bit cast in one time,but also greatly improve the production efficiency of the bit and reduce the bit manufacturing cost.At the same time,the arc angle PDC bit of investment casting had good mechanical properties,and its drilling speed and bit life were the same as that of the ordinary machining arc angle PDC bit,and could meet the requirements of field application.
