思想政治理论课是培养时代新人的重要而关键的课程。培养时代新人是践行新时代思想政治教育"使命新要求"的必然,是践行新时代马克思主义青年观的"内涵新要求"的需要,是践行新时代构建人类命运共同体的"价值新要求"的必须。为此,高等学校思想政治理论课要通过形成思想政治教育共同体,即使命共同体、精神共同体、实践共同体和生活共同体,从政治维度上保证时代新人理想信念的正确方向,在精神维度上激活时代新人全面发展的精神动力,在实践维度上增强时代新人的责任担当意识,在生活维度上提升时代新人成为有规矩的人。

Ideological and political theory courses are the key ones for the cultivation of new people of the times.Cultivating new people of the times is a necessity for the practice of the "mission-based new requirement" of ideological and political education in the New Era, a need for the practice of the "connotation-based new requirement" of the Marxist view on youth in the New Era, and a must for the practice of the "value-based new requirement of building a community of human destiny in the New Era.
