摘要
“国才考试”的特征是服务职场、聚焦沟通、立足应用。与以往的水平考试不同,“国才考试”更多使用主观化的试题,通过模拟未来工作情景设置任务,考查学习者用英语进行口头和书面沟通的能力,其中大部分题型的任务设置要求学习者运用思辨技能来完成任务。“国才考试”的任务设置对我国英语专业的技能课程教学具有相当大的借鉴意义,外语教师应将“国才考试”的理念融入英语技能教学中,使学习者在分析问题、解决问题的过程中学会使用英语,在提高他们的沟通能力的同时提升他们的批判性思维能力。
The outstanding features of ETIC are serving the working places,focusing on communication and emphasizing application.Unlike the conventional English examinations,ETIC mostly adopts the subjective test forms.It tries to examine the English learners’oral and written ability by means of tasks simulating the future working places,and the completion of many tasks requires the language learners to exercise their critical thinking skills.The task design of ETIC has great significance to the teaching of English language skill courses and language teachers should apply the concepts of ETIC to the teaching of language skill courses and adopt the task types to help language learners to learn to use English by analyzing and solving problems,hoping to improve both their linguistic competence and critical thinking competence.
