摘要 为解决深井和超深井?139.7 mm小间隙尾管固井质量难以保证的问题,开展了?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm旋转尾管悬挂器和旋转固井技术研究。针对该规格工具设计空间小的难题,研发了大过流高可靠的坐挂承载机构、高动载的旋转轴承和高抗扭的扭矩传递机构等关键机构,并制定了相应的现场应用措施。内嵌卡瓦坐挂机构的承载能力达900 kN,过流面积较常规机构提高近33%;新型交叉滚子轴承在300 kN动载下的寿命达到6 h以上,扭矩传递机构的抗扭能力达33 kN·m。最终形成了?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm旋转尾管悬挂器技术,并在羊深1井、鸭深1井和TK874CH井等3口井进行了现场应用。应用结果显示:固井替浆过程中该悬挂器实现了尾管旋转,提高了水泥浆的顶替效率,达到了提高固井质量的目的。?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm旋转尾管悬挂器的成功研制为提高小间隙井固井质量提供了有效手段。 To address the ?139.7 mm liner cementing quality in deep and ultra-deep wells with small openhole-casing clearance,a ?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm rotating liner hanger and rotating cementing technology were researched.In response to the difficulty of design space for this specification tool,key mechanisms including large flow channel,highly reliable setting and load-bearing mechanism,high dynamic load rotary bearing and high-torque torque transmission mechanism were developed,and corresponding field application procedures were formulated.The load capacity of the inner slip mechanism is up to 900 kN.The flow area is increased by nearly 33%compared with the conventional one.The life of the new crossed roller bearing under 300 kN dynamic load reaches more than 6 h.The torque transmission mechanism has a torsion resistance of up to 33 kN·m.A ?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm rotating liner hanger and application technology were formed and applied in 3 wells including Well Yangshen 1,Well Yashen 1 and Well TK874CH.The application results show that:during the cementing and slurry displacement process,the liner hanger realized the rotation of the liner,which improved the displacement efficiency of the cement slurry and achieved the purpose of improving the cementing quality.The successful development of the ?193.7 mm×?139.7 mm rotating liner hanger provides an effective means for improving the cementing quality of wells with small openhole-casing clearance.
