氨基功能化硅藻土复合纳米材料的制备及其对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 分别以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、二乙烯三胺为NH2源,乙醇为溶剂,采用水浴法在硅藻土藻盘上液相接枝NH2官能团制备复合材料样品;采用FTIR、SEM、TGA-DSC、XPS等方法对复合材料进行表征,并研究样品对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附规律。结果表明:二乙烯三胺改性后的样品对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)最大吸附容量分别为184.69、109.65 mg/g;对初始浓度为20 mg/L的含Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的废水去除率达到95%以上;样品对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的等温吸附曲线更符合Langmuir模型。 The amino-functionalized diatomite composite samples was synthesized via water bath stiring method,in which3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and diethylenetriamine supplied amino functional groups. The samples were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TGA-DSC and XPS,and the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were investigated. The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) are 184. 69 and 109. 65 mg/g,respectively,with diethylenetriamine modification samples. The removal rate of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) reach 95%,with initial concentration of 20 mg/L.The adsorption models for Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) are keeping with the langmuir adsorption model.
