复合顶板动压巷道变形破坏机理与锚杆支护技术 被引量:5

摘要 薛虎沟煤矿为解决复合顶板巷道围岩控制和支护困难,通过理论分析、数值模拟并结合工程实践,对复合顶板巷道变形破坏机理及相应的锚杆支护技术进行了分析及应用。结果表明复合顶板动压巷道围岩变形破坏主要是锚杆支护的主动支护作用效果差,特别是复合顶板岩层节理裂隙发育程度高,会使巷道顶板的稳定性大幅降低;结合矿井实际地质条件,采用锚杆、锚索联合支护技术,提升了锚杆、锚索的预紧力,增强了联合支护的支护强度,提高了联合支护的主动支护效应,可有效控制复合顶板动压巷道围岩的变形破坏。 In order to solve the difficulties of surrounding rock control and support in Xuehugou coal mine,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice,the deformation and failure mechanism of composite roof roadway were analyzed,and the corresponding bolt support technology was applied.The results show that the main reason for the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock in the dynamic pressure roadway with composite roof is the poor effect of the active support of bolt support,especially the high development of the joint fissures in the roof strata,which will greatly reduce the stability of the roadway roof.Combined with the geological conditions of the mine,by adopting the combined support technology of bolt and cable,and improving the pre tightening force,support strength and active support effect of bolt and cable,the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the dynamic pressure roadway with composite roof can be effectively controlled.
