潘三矿1632(3)轨道巷断锚事故分析及防范措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对潘三矿1632(3)工作面轨道巷道发生的一起锚索断裂导致伤亡事故,结合工作面开采布局和巷道支护方案设计,总结并分析了断锚处巷道矿压显现特征。得出了该巷道锚索断裂的原因是在大地质构造和下伏工作面煤柱叠加作用下,断锚点附加应力和矿压显现异常突出;锚杆初始支护阻力低,未实现锚杆-锚索协同支护;安装锚索预拉张紧时,锁具夹片进入锚环深浅不一,导致锚索偏载;锚索长时间使用,易导致锚索锚具自锁能力不足,导致锚索退锚,局部钢绞线达到承载极限发生破断。最后,提出了防范回采工作面巷道顶板锚索破断的地质方面、设计方面、技术方面、时空方面、施工方面、安全管理6个方面的保障措施,为类似条件下回采巷道的开采布局、支护设计、使用和维护提供了参考。 According to an accident of cable-breaking leading to casualties in track roadway of No.1632(3)working face of Pansan Coal Mine,combined with the mining layout of working face and the design of roadway support scheme,the causes of the accident were analyzed.The analysis shows that the causes of cable-breaking are as follows:under the superposed action of the large geological structures and the coal pillars of underlying working faces,the additional stress of the cable-breaking point increases and the mine pressure appears abnormally;the initial support resistance of the anchor bolt is low,and the bolt-cable cooperative support is not realized;the improper installation of the cable leads to the eccentric load of the cable;long-term use of anchor cable leads to insufficient self-locking capacity of anchorage device,leading to local steel strand breakage.Finally,from 6 aspects of geology,design,technology,time and space,construction and safety management,the safeguard measures to prevent the roof cable-breaking of the working face roadway were put forward,which provides a reference for the mining layout,support design,use and maintenance of the mining roadway under similar conditions.
