摘要
为应对采场少人乃至无人化的需求,实现远离采场顺槽以及地面的远程遥控采煤方式成为自动化、智能化的必然趋势。在明确综采工作面采煤机远程智能遥控技术的总体要求和国内相关技术发展现状后,从远程控制技术的系统方案、安全控制逻辑和操作策略、远程记忆截割控制技术、采煤机与支架、刮板等设备的协同控制技术等方面论述了采煤机远程智能控制技术的优势和具体操作方式;分析了远控实时性技术、故障诊断及数据分析、远控操作的常态化等需要解决的关键技术,并展望了未来的发展趋势。
In order to meet the demand of few people and even unmanned in the working face,it is an inevitable trend of automation and intelligence to realize the remote control mining method far away from the working face or on the ground.Based on the analysis of the general requirements of the remote intelligent telecontrol technology of the shearer in the fully mechanized working face and the development status of related technologies in China,the advantages of the remote intelligent control technology of the shearer were discussed from the aspects of the system scheme of the remote control technology,the safety control logic and operation strategy,the remote memory cutting control technology,the cooperative control technology of shearer,support,scraper and other equipment,the key technologies such as real-time remote control,fault diagnosis and data analysis,and normalization of remote control operation were put forward,and the development trend in the future was prospected.
