活鸡兔井1^-2煤复合区采煤方法论证

Discussion on the coal mining method of 1^-2 coal seam compound area in Huojitu mine

适宜的采煤方法是建设高产高效矿井的关键。为满足活鸡兔井1^-2煤复合区的开采需求,结合采煤方法的选择原则,选择综采放顶煤采煤法对复合区煤层进行开采。从复合区煤层的倾角、厚度、围岩性质及地质构造和含水性等多方面因素分析该煤层选择综放开采的原因及必要性,并对管理水平以及员工综合素质、综放开采冒放性(自动垮落性)等有利因素进行论述。后续的工作面回采实践结果表明,综采放顶煤采煤方法采放比适中,开采有序,安全性强,为其他类似煤层的开采提供了一定借鉴。

The appropriate coal mining method is the key to build a high yield and high efficient mine.In view of the mining of the 1^-2 coal compound zone in Huojitu mine,combined with the selection principle of the mining method,the fully mechanized caving method was proposed to mine the coal seam in the composite area.By analyzing the dip angle,thickness,surrounding rock property and geological structure of the coal seam in the compound area,the reasons and necessity of selecting the fully mechanized caving mining in the coal seam were researched,and the favorable factors such as the management level,the comprehensive quality of the staff and the caving property were discussed.The mining practice shows that the fully mechanized caving mining method has the advantages of low tunneling rate,high recovery rate and good safety,which provides some reference for the mining of other similar coal seams.
