摘要 为了进一步提高矿井的信息化、智能化水平,彬长矿业集团开展了安全生产信息共享平台关键技术研究与应用。结合企业管理和生产的实际情况,按照试点建设、两级部署、统一管控、分级使用的思路,融合大数据、物联网、云计算、GIS一张图、虚拟现实等技术,建成基于一张图理念、全集团一体化管控、分布式协同的安全生产管理平台,利用大数据分析评估安全生产、运营管理状况。通过数据填报采集标准化、业务流程标准化,实现了煤矿一张图服务、生产技术、综合调度等基础业务数据在矿井内部及矿井到集团的横、纵向流通,从而形成的全集团智能安全生产信息共享平台。 In order to further improve the level of mine information and intelligence,the research and application of key technologies of safety production information sharing platform was carried out in Binchang Mining Group.Based on the actual situation of enterprise management and production,according to the idea of pilot construction,two-level deployment,unified management and control,and hierarchical use,and combined with big data,Internet of things,cloud computing,GIS one map,virtual reality and other technologies,the safety production management platform based on the concept of one map,integrated management and control of the whole group,and distributed collaboration was built,which can analyze and evaluate the situation of safe production and operation management by using big data.Through the data collecting and filling standardization and business process standardization,the basic business data such as one map service,production technology,comprehensive dispatching and so on can be shared in the coal mine and the group,thus forming the group intelligent safety production information sharing platform.
