摘要 随着煤矿开采规模的不断扩大,机电设备的装机功率也在不断增加。为了提升煤矿机电设备的工作效率,减少能耗率,对变频控制技术进行了运用。从该项技术的工作原理以及发展方向出发进行了论述,并且探究了该项技术在矿井提升机、皮带机、采煤机、通风机、井下水泵等设备中的具体应用。分析认为,该技术具有诸多优势,经过该项技术的应用,可以进一步促进煤矿行业的发展。 With the continuous expansion of coal mining scale,the installed power of mechanical and electrical equipment is also increasing.In order to improve the working efficiency of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine and reduce the energy consumption rate,the frequency conversion control technology was applied.By analyzing the working principle and development direction of the technology,the specific application of the technology in mine hoist,belt conveyor,shearer,ventilator,water pump and other equipment was discussed.The analysis shows that the technology has many advantages,and the application of the technology can further promote the development of the coal industry.
