为提高焦化厂生产运行效率,新型自动化与智能化技术得到了重视。在分析了PLC的软硬件应用原理后,结合备煤及配煤综合系统的实际需求,开展了具体应用分析;从系统设计和过程控制等方面详细介绍了具体操作方式和优化方案,并在某焦化厂进行了实例应用。实践表明,应用PLC技术实现备煤与配煤一体化控制,可以节约占地空间和成本投入,并提高焦炭性能。

In order to improve the operation efficiency of coking plant,new automation and intelligent technology should be adopted.After analyzing the application principle of software and hardware of PLC,combined with the actual demand of coal preparation and coal blending integrated system,the specific application analysis was carried out.From the aspects of system design and process control,the specific operation mode and optimization scheme were introduced in detail,and applied in a coking plant.The practice shows that PLC technology can realize the integrated control of coal preparation and coal blending,save land occupation and cost investment,and improve coke performance.
