随着红木家具产业的快速发展,资源的消耗量与日俱增,资源供需矛盾十分突出。市场秩序的混乱导致资源利用效率不高[1-2],为了缓解矛盾,减少资源浪费,力求资源优化利用,提高红木产品质量,推动红木家具产业转型升级与创新发展,同时维护用户的利益,采用合理的生产工艺提高资源利用率,体现产品环境友好性,保证红木家具的艺术价值、技艺传承与产品质量,红木家具需要一套标准化的生产工艺体系用于规范、指导、测评红木家具[3]。

The chaos of market order leads to the low efficiency of resource utilization. Mahogany furniture need a set of standardized production process system to standardize, guide and evaluate mahogany furniture in order to ensure its artistic value and skill inheritance in order to alleviate the contradiction, reduce the waste of resources, strive to optimize the utilization of resources, improve the quality of mahogany products, promote the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of mahogany furniture industry, at the same time safeguard the interests of users, adopt reasonable production technology to improve the utilization rate of resources, embody the environmental friendliness of products, ensure the artistic value, technical inheritance and product quality of mahogany furniture.
