摘要
为了挖掘用户与智能办公家具交互体验中的影响要素,研究办公族的根本体验需求,本文通过竞品分析、情境访谈、卡片分类等方法收集与分析智能办公家具硬交互与软交互的用户体验要素,构建出兼顾硬、软交互的智能办公家具用户体验要素"Eager"理论模型。由此得出,智能办公家具的用户体验过程经历期许、交互、目标、实现、反思5个阶段,期许是内因和智能办公家具创造的外在诱因作用下的体验开端,交互是躯体舒适度、智能功能使用的体验进程,目标是办公效率、健康、乐趣的实现程度,实现是用户完成自我创造的办公价值,反思则是整个经历通过记忆沉淀后形成的体验结尾。"Eager"模型能有效引导设计师实现用户体验与功能服务的转化,以及引导用户提供定性定量的测评反馈。
This paper aimed at exploring the influence factors during the interactions of users and intelligent office furniture, studying the basic experience demand of office workers. After Collecting and analyzing the user experience elements of the hard and soft interaction of intelligent office furniture through competition analysis, situational interview and card classification, the "Eager" theoretical model of the user experience elements of intelligent office furniture that takes into account both hard and soft interaction is proposed. Thus the user experience for intelligent office furniture have five stages of expectation, interaction, goal, realization and reflection. Expectation is the beginning of the experience under the external incentive created by the internal cause and intelligent office furniture. Interaction is the experience process of physical comfort and intelligent function use. Goal is the realization of office efficiency, health and fun. Realization is the user to complete self-created office value. Reflection is the entire experience formed through memory precipitation of the end of the experience. The "Eager" model can effectively guide designers to transform user experience and functional services, as well as to provide users with qualitative and quantitative evaluation feedback.
