台湾创业型大学的实践探索与启示——以高雄第一科技大学为例

Practice and Enlightenment of Taiwan Entrepreneurial University——A Case Study of Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology

随着全球化竞争及知识经济时代的来临,创业教育已成为高等教育发展的必然趋势。为寻求职业技术院校的转型发展,中国台湾地区启动技职教育再造方案,将“创业教育”列为重要的推动策略。在此策略推动下,高雄第一科技大学转型为台湾地区第一所“创业型大学”。目标导向彰显创业型大学的价值取向,学校建立了创新创业生态系统和创业型大学的社会支持体系,以创新创业学程和创新创业育成“五部曲”构建完备的创业教育体系;同时发展创业教育的国际合作和校际合作,拓展创业型大学的国际化视野;积极推动产学合作,实现真正的创业实践。该校的实践探索能为中国大陆地区高校创业型大学的建设提供一定的思路与借鉴。特色化办学是创业型大学的必由之路,积极推动产教融合协同创新,全面推进创新创业教育,努力培育学生的创新创业精神,养成一体化的创业文化,这些举措将促进中国高校创业型大学的建设。

With the advent of the knowledge economy era of competition and globalization,entrepreneurship education has been an inevitable trend in the development of higher education.In order to seek the transformation and development of vocational and technical colleges and universities,Taiwan has initiated the reengineering program for technical and vocational education and listed“entrepreneurship education”as an important promotion strategy.Under this policy,Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology has transformed itself into the first“entrepreneurial university”in Taiwan.The goal orientation of the school highlights the value orientation of the entrepreneurial university.It has established an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem and a social support system of entrepreneurial university,and constructed a complete entrepreneurial education system based on the innovation and entrepreneurship courses and the“five-step tune”of innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time,the school develops international cooperation and inter-school cooperation in entrepreneurship education so as to cultivate an international perspective of entrepreneurial universities,and actively promotes industry-academia cooperation to achieve the real entrepreneurial practices.For Chinese mainland entrepreneurial universities,this practice expects to help the vocational colleges which seek transformation development.Characteristic education is the only way for an entrepreneurial university.It actively promotes the collaborative innovation of production and education,promotes innovation and entrepreneurship education in an all-round way,and strives to cultivate students'innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time,it fosters an integrated entrepreneurial culture.These measures will help promote the establishment of entrepreneurial universities.
