摘要 一流学科的发展有其内在的规律。一流学科的生成发展可以破解无限增长的学科需要和大学实际满足学科发展的有限能力之间的矛盾。学科的发展壮大是多种要素有机合成的结果,其核心是人才培养;学科的壮大及持续发展需要学科带头人破局、引路、决策,系统整合物质条件和学科知识生产,形成适合一流学科发展路径。本文以大连理工大学力学学科六十多年的成功发展为例,从学科队伍建设、实验设施、政策制度等方面探析一流学科发展规律:建立良性的学科发展循环系统,形成独特的精神符号,产生良好的学科文化。 The generation,development and growth of first-class disciplines must have its inherent law.It is concluded that the generation and development of first-class disciplines answer the dilemma between the soaring demands for discipline development and the limited ability of universities to meet them.The progress of a discipline is the integrated effect of multiple factors,and the key to the fast advance of first-class disciplines is talent cultivation.A consistent leading power is vital for a discipline's development in terms of breaking through stalemates,development orientation and decision making,and it is also the mission for the leading power to integrate material resources with the discipline's intelligence system and find the appropriate developing path for the first-class discipline concerned.This paper takes the 60-year development of the Mechanics discipline of Dalian University of Technology(DUT)as an example to explore the law of development of first-class disciplines from the perspectives of faculty construction,laboratory facilities,and policy implementation:establishing a benign cycle system of disciplinary development,forming a unique spiritual symbol,and producing a good disciplinary culture.
