摘要
以油泵装配线为研究对象,通过对产线追溯方法数据采集过程的分析,发现人工手动数据采集方式对装配生产节拍有较大的影响,并且难以保证数据的准确性。为解决这些问题,提出了引入开关量无线控制器、RFID阅读器等硬件,运用射频识别技术(RFID)、Modbus/Tcp协议、轮询和WCF等关键技术对追溯方法进行改进设计,实现改进需求、达到提高生产节拍、防错的目的。对追溯方法采集过程异常情况进行处理,以提高系统的整体可用性。改进后的面向MES系统油泵装配线追溯方法已经上线运行,达到预期效果。
Taking the oil pump assembly line as the research object,through the analysis of the production line data collection process,It is found that the manual data acquisition method has a greater impact on the assembly production cycle,and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the data.In order to solve these problems,the paper puts forward the introduction of switch quantity wireless controller,RFID reader and other hardware,using RFID,Modbus/Tcp protocol,polling and WCF and other key technologies to improve the design of traceability method.Realized the improvement of demand,and achieved the purpose of improving production beat and error prevention.The improved oil pump assembly line traceability method based on MES system has been put on the line to achieve the expected results.
