摘要 针对现有仓储布局优化方法计算复杂、存在个人主观意愿、易产生局部最优解等问题,采用SLP和遗传算法相结合的方式对仓储布局进行优化。首先,利用社会网络分析法和SLP结合的方式产生初始方案,对遗传算法的初始种群进行改善。其次,将仓储区域按实际需要划分为若干个作业单位,以总物流量与总布置面积最小为优化目标,建立仓储布局优化的数学模型,使用Simtalk编程语言和eM-Plant内置的遗传算法工具箱进行求解,提高仓储布局的效率和效益。最后,以某变速器工厂仓储布局优化为例,采用文中提出的方法进行建模和优化,结果显示,优化后的布置方案减少了24%的物流量,能够有效降低仓储成本。 For the problems of the complex calculation,the subjective will and the local optimal solution,the combination of SLP and genetic algorithm is used to optimize the storage layout.First,the initial population of genetic algorithm is improved by using the combination of social network analysis and SLP.Secondly,the storage area is divided into several operation units according to the actual needs.The optimization goal is to minimize the total material flow and the total layout area.The mathematical model of storage layout optimization is established.The efficiency and benefit of storage layout are improved by using the simtalk programming language and the built-in genetic algorithm toolbox of eM-Plant.Finally,taking the storage layout optimization of a transmission factory as an example,the method proposed in this paper is used for modeling and optimization.The results show that the optimized layout can reduce the logistics volume by 24%and effectively reduce the storage cost.
