摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)定转子合装时容易吸附在一起导致定子绕组和轴承擦伤等问题,分析了定转子相吸的具体原因,提出一种简单实用的定转子合装工艺方案,并通过现场试装验证了该方案的可行性。最后将PMSM定转子合装工艺进行了推广应用,不但解决了绕组、轴承擦伤等问题,提升电机装配质量,而且大幅度提升了电机装配效率。
In view of the problems such as abrasion of stator winding and bearing caused by easy attraction between stator and rotor during the assembly of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), the specific causes of stator and rotor attraction are analyzed, and a simple and practical stator and rotor assembly process is put forward. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by on-site trial assembly. The stator and rotor assembly technology of PMSM is popularized. It not only solves the problems of winding and bearing abrasion, and improves the assembly quality, but also greatly improves the assembly efficiency of the motor.
