随着中国经济的快速发展,我国企业"走出去"的步伐也随之加快。与此同时,国内三大产业结构的调整优化,促使对外直接投资的重心逐渐转向第三产业。分析当下中国与20世纪80年代日本第三产业对外直接投资的发展,并据此对中国高速发展的第三产业海外投资提出相应的建议,以期能够促进其实现高质量高水平发展。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the pace of Chinese enterprises"going out"is also accelerating.At the same time,the adjustment and optimization of the structure of the three industries in China has promoted the focus of ofdi to the tertiary industry.By analyzing the development of foreign direct investment in the tertiary industry in China and Japan in the 1980s,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions on overseas investment in the tertiary industry with rapid development in China,so as to play a certain practical significance for its realization of high-quality and high-level development.
