全面从严治党“四责协同”机制下高校廉政文化建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of the Clean Government Culture in Colleges and Universities under the Mechanism of“Four Responsibilities Synergy”of Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party

党的十八届四中全会提出的"形成不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的有效机制",是对党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的长期规划,其中"不想腐"是文化的对决,是从源头上有效预防腐败的治本之策。为加强全面从严治党"四责协同"机制下的高校廉政文化建设,以高校廉政文化内涵为切入点,分析研判当前高校廉政文化建设存在的问题,提出高校廉政文化建设的有效举措,营造风清气正的良好政治生态,为实现文化育人、文化兴国奠定坚实根基。

The"forming an effective mechanism that dare not rot,can not rot,and does not want to rot"put forward by the fourth ple nary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee is a long-term plan for the construction of a clean and honest party style and anticorruption work,in which"do not want to rot"is a cultural confrontation and is the root of effective prevention of corruption from the source.In order to strengthen the construction of clean government culture in colleges and universities under the mechanism of"four responsibilities and coordination",this paper analyzes and judges the problems existing in the construction of clean government cul ture in colleges and universities,puts forward effective measures to build clean government culture in colleges and universities,creates a good political ecology,and lays a solid foundation for the realization of cultural education and cultural rejuvenation.
