基于OBE理念的商务英语专业人才培养供给侧改革研究

On Supply-side Reform of Business English Undergraduate Training Under the Guidance of OBE Theory

OBE即成果导向教育,以预期学习产出为中心组织、实施和评价教育,对高等教育人才培养供给侧改革具有重要的指导意义。分析OBE教育理念并探讨地方性应用型本科高校在人才供给侧校企培养机制方面的种种不足和问题。在此基础上,以OBE理念为指导,从人才培养方案修订、课程优化、行业认知训练、创业能力培养、校企资源整合、评价系统完善等方面,提出商务英语专业人才供给侧培养模式的优化举措。

OBE(outcome based education)means organizing,implementing and evaluating education results from the perspective of expected learning.It is of great guidance to the supply side reform of higher education.This paper analyzes OBE theory and explores deficiencies of university-enterprise collaborated education at the supply side.It proposes improvement measures from perspectives of talent training program improvement,curriculum optimization,industry orientation training,business startup drills,university-enterprise cooperation and evaluation perfection.
