摘要
为了对民勤县老虎口防沙治沙的综合效益进行评价,建立民勤县老虎口防沙治沙综合效益评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,从生态效益、经济效益以及社会效益三个方面进行分析。结果显示,对民勤县老虎口防沙治沙的生态效益、经济效益、社会效益影响最大的分别为植被盖度、农户人均收入、专业技术人员数。经分析得出,民勤县沙漠化治理的效果主要体现在生态方面。随着生态政策和治理措施的推进,民勤县的沙漠化治理生态效益呈现出了良好态势,但对于经济效益和社会效益则需要当地政府与村民一起继续努力。
This paper evaluates the comprehensive benefits of sand control in the Maokou County of Minqin County,and establishes a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for sand control in the Minqin County.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of indicators,from ecological benefits.Analysis of economic benefits and social benefits in three aspects.The results show that the greatest impacts on the ecological,economic and social benefits of sand control in the Maokou County of Minqin County are vegetation coverage,per capita income of farmers,and number of professional and technical personnel.According to the analysis,the effect of desertification control in Minqin County is mainly reflected in the ecological aspect.With the advancement of ecological policies and governance measures,the ecological benefits of desertification control in Minqin County showed a good trend,but for the economic and social benefits,the local government and the villagers should continue to work together.
