摘要
土壤酶活性是影响土壤代谢的重要因素,为探讨植物源农药对土壤酶活性的影响,本文以苦参碱为试材,在实验室条件下探究其对土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着苦参碱处理时间的延长,各处理土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性的变化趋势基本与对照一致;但同一处理时间不同浓度苦参碱处理相关酶活性的表现并不一致。至苦参碱处理14 d时,各浓度对土壤脲酶活性均表现为促进作用,且随着处理浓度的降低呈先升后降的趋势,在10 mg·kg^-1处理最高;不同浓度的苦参碱及其对土壤过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性的影响率存在剂量-效应关系,均以500 mg·kg^-1处理时促进效应最大。综上所述,在土壤酶活性基本上趋于稳定的14 d时,苦参碱在一定的浓度范围(50~500 mg·kg^-1)内,有助于提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶的活性。
Soil enzyme activity is an important factor affecting soil metabolism.In order to investigate the effect of plant-derived pesticides on soil enzyme activity,this paper studied the influence of Matrine on soil urease,catalase and polyphenol oxidase activities under laboratory conditions.The results showed that with the extension of Matrine treatment time,the change trend of urease,catalase and polyphenol oxidase activity in the soil was basically the same as that in the control group;but the expression of the enzyme activity of Matrine at different concentrations in the same treatment time was not consistent.When treated with Matrine for 14 days,each concentrations showed auxo-action on soil urease activity,and with the reduce of treatment concentration,it increased first and then decreased,and the highest concentration was at 10 mg·kg^-1.There was a dose-effect relationship between the influence rate of Matrine at different concentrations on the activity of catalase and polyphenol oxidase in soil,and the maximum promoting effect was obtained when treated with 500 mg·kg^-1.In summary,Matrine in a certain concentration range(50~500 mg·kg^-1)at 14 d,when the soil enzyme activity was basically stable,was helpful to improve the activities of soil urease,catalase and polyphenol oxidase.
