河南省地方普通高校科技成果转化的现状分析——基于对7所高校的调查

Analysis of the current situation of scientific and technological achievements transformation in Henan local colleges and universities based on the survey of 7 universities

高校科技成果转化的相关政策较多且已执行多年,为准确了解河南省高校科技成果转化的现状,选取了19所被调研高校中的7所作为代表,分析了河南省高校科技成果转化的总体情况。分析发现,河南省高校存在着对科技转化思想认识不足、科技成果转化数量不大且层次较低、促进科技成果转化的服务体系尚需健全等问题,同时不同高校在科技成果转化过程中存在差异。这些问题客观说明当前相关政策存在失灵或执行梗阻的情况。最后,从河南省普通高校自身方面提出了促进科技成果转化的建议。

There are many policies related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and they have been implemented for many years.In order to accurately understand the current situation of the S&T transformation in Henan local colleges and universities,this paper selects 7 of the 19 surveyed colleges and universities as the analysis objects,and analyzes the overall situation of the transformation.The conclusion shows that different universities have different characteristics in the process of transformation.Meanwhile,there are some problems,such as insufficient ideological understanding,small quantity and low level of S&T transformation,and the service system for promoting S&T transformation still needs to be improved.These problems also objectively explain the failure or obstruction of current relevant policies.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the S&T transformation from the perspective of ordinary universities..
